In August 2020, the company held a team leader meeting as scheduled, summarizing the problems encountered in the production process last month and arranging work for the next month. Advanced employees from last month were commended.
Emphasis was placed on team building, adhering to a people-oriented approach, focusing on establishing team spirit and strengthening team management, with safety as the primary concern. Several requirements closely related to safety production were also put forward:
Establish a safety production responsibility awareness. Put safety first, transforming the previous lip service to safety into a genuine concern for safety. Create a positive atmosphere where safety is discussed and emphasized daily by everyone.
Carry out effective in-process patrol inspections, checking the operation of production equipment and its various systems to promptly identify anomalies, take measures to eliminate hidden dangers, troubleshoot, and prevent accidents.
Strictly enforce the shift handover system, requiring handover personnel to conduct face-to-face briefings on production and safety matters. Incomplete briefings will not be accepted to prevent production safety risks due to unclear handover information.
Regularly maintain and repair equipment, and constantly check the equipment's operation and replenish lubricating oil.
Strictly wear the company's personal protective equipment to protect personal safety and health. Through our efforts, the production workshop has had no safety accidents in recent years, ensuring safe production.
Dedication to one's work, diligent performance of work responsibilities, and efforts to improve work quality. Continue to uphold the work ethic of loving one's job, with a high sense of responsibility, mission, and work enthusiasm, actively and responsibly carrying out work. Strive to be familiar with all aspects of work in each production course. Regularly organize and participate in various training sessions in the workshop. While continuously improving personal skills, enhance the overall skills of employees to better complete various production tasks. Improve and strengthen the daily management system of the workshop and conduct irregular inspections. I always adhere to the work principle of being serious, responsible, and meticulous, diligently completing all tasks assigned by superiors, living up to the trust of leaders and the support and respect of colleagues.
The work of workshop team leaders directly affects the quality of the workshop's work. Therefore, the workshop holds monthly team leader meetings to conduct detailed analysis and discussion of identified problems and situations, enabling employees to master correct production operation skills. On the other hand, guidance is provided on emergency handling measures to be taken in the event of accidents or anomalies, striving to improve the team leaders' safety and technical level and their ability to respond to and handle accidents. Team leaders are required to continuously improve their learning and enhance their personal qualities. Team leaders should not only be able to handle the workshop's production work but also be proficient in using the workshop's machinery and equipment, understanding the equipment's principles, and possessing certain repair skills, enabling them to truly play a model role in the workshop.
