Nano calcium carbonate CCS
“Zixiang” brand CCS series products are nano-precipitated calcium carbonate powders that have undergone surface organic treatment. They are suitable for filling silicone sealants (including one- and two-component room temperature vulcanization silicone weather-resistant adhesives, structural adhesives), polyurethane sealants, and MS sealants. The CCS series nano-calcium carbonate has a regular crystal morphology and suitable particle size. The nano-calcium carbonate products are surface-treated with stearic acid, etc., and have a low oil absorption value. They can be quickly mixed with sealant resins and other auxiliaries, and have good dispersibility in sealants. CCS can give sealant products ideal rheological properties, tensile strength, elongation at break, elastic recovery rate, modulus, and interfacial adhesion.
